Somewhat exciting news

I'll bet many of you had forgotten about me by now! Well, the reason why I haven't been blogging is because I've been preoccupied with the job hunt. I've put out several applications, only two of which actually went to interviews (within the same week), and finally it has ended with getting my current dream job!

Yes, that's right ladies! I now work at the arts & crafts mecca of stores: Michael's!!!

You see, I'm the kind of person who likes to keep special moments like this to myself until it's a definite and then I am more than happy to share them with the rest of the world! That's why I haven't mentioned it very much. (I don't like to jinx things like that.) But now I am really excited to start work and help others be crafty in my town! :) I think it's a perfect fit for me

I think that takes care of it pretty much :)

In other news, I've finished one cupcake scarf and have almost finished the second one. I'm hoping to take pictures later today :)
